There are 24 locations to liberate in Izuhara. Liberating all of Izuhara will also put you a third of your way to the Master Liberator Trophy, which you receive for liberating all of Tsushima. To find this location, you must find the woman in the Hiyoshi Springs village overlooking the main Hot Spring in the center of the town. One in particular, the Hiyoshi Springs Hot Spring, does not appear on your map. The southern region of Tsushima, Izuhara, has nine Hot Spring locations. This Ghost of Tsushima guide will show you the location of each of the game’s Hot Springs along with detailed maps and the name of each prefecture they reside in. To increase the amount of life you have, simply visit a spring, interact with it, choose something to reflect on, and your health will grow. There are 18 Hot Springs to be found throughout the game’s three regions. Instead, you must visit Hot Springs to clear your mind and raise your maximum vitality. In Ghost of Tsushima, you won’t rely on leveling up your character to boost your health.
